Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReveuBuddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

ReveuBuddy operates as a two-sided marketplace connecting Sellers who wish to promote their products with Buyers who wish to test and review those products. We provide the software platform to facilitate these connections, verify transactions, and manage escrow payouts.

3. User Accounts & Verification

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to manually verify all Seller and Buyer accounts. Buyers must maintain an active Amazon or Etsy profile in good standing. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or marketplace rules.

4. Seller Obligations

Sellers agree to fund their campaigns upfront. Funds are held in escrow and released to the Buyer upon successful verification of the product purchase and review. Sellers must not use our platform to promote illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items.

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyers agree to purchase the assigned products at full price and leave honest, unbiased reviews based on their actual experience with the product. Buyers must not return the product to the marketplace after receiving their payout from ReveuBuddy, as this constitutes fraud.

6. Limitation of Liability

ReveuBuddy acts strictly as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the products tested, nor are we responsible for the actions of any marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Etsy) regarding account status or review removal.
