Refund Policy

1. Seller Refunds (Unclaimed Deals)

If a Seller cancels an active campaign before all deals have been claimed, the remaining balance held in escrow for the unclaimed deals will be fully refunded to the Seller's account wallet or original payment method.

2. Failed Buyer Claims

If a Buyer claims a deal but fails to submit an Order ID within 24 hours, or fails to submit a review within the allotted timeframe, the claim is automatically cancelled. The funds for that specific claim are immediately refunded to the Seller's campaign balance.

3. Review Removals

While we use high-quality buyers to minimize issues, marketplaces occasionally remove reviews. We offer a 30-day guarantee. If a review is removed within 30 days of posting, the Seller is entitled to a refund for that specific promotional fee.

4. Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute regarding a proof of purchase or a payout, users must open a Support Ticket. Our admin team will investigate the dispute by reviewing the submitted screenshots and platform data. Admin decisions on disputes are final.
